Joni Juup is co-founder and Chief Design Officer at Intentface, a Nordic agentic experience company that embeds with SaaS teams to design and ship AI-native features into production: from Finnish medical search engines and AI mentors for medical students to AI-native recruiting tooling, generative storytelling, and intelligent event management.
Aside from client work, Joni spends his time in Intentface R&D, building solutions for agentic UI, context management, and the problem of managing agents.
Joni has spent 20 years as a design engineer building digital products, previously at Silo AI and Taiste. He has been working on the UX of AI, and thinking about context problems since the first GPT models in 2020.
